The Bible instructs us to be “Praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints.” - Ephesians 6:18
Prayer is the means God has ordained for some things to happen. It can clear human obstacles out of the way in order for God to work. It is not that God can't work without our prayers, but that He has established prayer as part of His plan for accomplishing His will in this world.
Our Prayer team considers it a great privilege to minister to the church body in prayer.
