Trusting Jesus is not achieved simply by head-knowledge. Trust isn’t fully achieved until we experience his perfect faithfulness in spite of our betrayals of him. Yet when we taste His goodness – when we are reminded of Jesus’ great and sacrificial love – we can’t do anything but surrender our life to him and celebrate at the Lord’s Table.
